There are several generations of workers that currently comprise the workforce today. Why is this challenging for today’s leader?
One of the articles states, “while it is important to acknowledge and recognize generational differences, it is also important to focus on commonalities (Artley and Macon, 2009).” Describe some of the strengths and weaknesses millennials are said to have, and explain how you would create a work environment that would incorporate their strengths among workers of different generations.
